Requirements:
General Qualification :
- Academy (D3) or University (S1) Degree
- Experience in Telco Industry and Customer Service environment
- Strong skills Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyse business process and workflow
- Good communication and presentation skill
Specific Qualification :
- High level of competence with MS office and MS visio
- Understanding Business Process, Function and System Organization
- Understanding Key Performance Indicator of Service Delivery
- Understanding Performance Management and Knowledge Information System
- Computer literate (specifically Microsoft office)
- Customer oriented
